What has Happened to Nick Clegg?

When it comes to the Health and Social Care Bill, the deputy PM has been suspiciously quiet.  Perhaps he has tired himself out 'beating the drum for the youth contract' or perhaps this is the first sign of dissent within the coalition (well, we can all have our little fantasies).
